Karl's 15+ years of legal experience include time as partner at two Silicon Valley IP firms, representing startups and Fortune 500 clients in spaces such as AI/ML, databases, enterprise systems, networking, and graphics. He also worked for 5 years developing data visualization software and web applications. He holds degrees in Law and Computer Science from BYU, and is currently working on a Masters of Computer Science through the University of Texas.
