Bradden Blair
FOUNDER & CEO
Bradden Blair has nearly 20 years of experience incubating companies and advancing open source software adoption. He has led the acquisition and sale of several companies, including a technology business incubator. Bradden holds an MBA, MHA, graduate certificate in biomedical informatics, and Ph.D. in Health Promotion & Education from the University of Utah.
Travis Oliphant
FOUNDER & PARTNER
Travis Oliphant has more than 20 years of experience in open source scientific computing. He is the creator of NumPy and a key contributor to technologies including SciPy, Conda, and Numba, and has founded Anaconda, NumFOCUS, and PyData. Travis holds a Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering from the Mayo Clinic.
Matt Harward
FOUNDER & PARTNER
Matt Harward brings more than 20 years of experience in technical sales and building long-term customer partnerships. He is a founder and Chief Revenue Officer of Quansight and previously served as VP of Sales at Anaconda and co-founded PPG Certifications. Matt holds a B.A. in Spanish from Brigham Young University with a business emphasis.
Raven Clissord
VP OPERATIONS & OPENTEAMS
Raven Clissord brings extensive operational leadership experience across OTI and its broader ecosystem. She has helped numerous portfolio companies emerge and has played a key role supporting venture fund operations and management. Raven holds dual B.S. degrees in Speech Communications and Political Science and an MBA from the University of Utah.
Dorothy Billingsly
EVP STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPS
Dorothy Billingsly has more than 20 years of experience advising C-suite leaders in executive search, coaching, and talent development. She is the co-founder and CEO of a boutique retained executive search, coaching, and consulting firm and has served at the partner level with several of the industry’s top-ranked firms. A certified executive coach and member of the Forbes Coaches Council, Dorothy is also the author of Chart Your Course: An Uncommon Approach to Career Building.
Jessica Egbert
VENTURE PARTNER
Jessica Egbert brings more than 20 years of experience in business growth strategy, leadership, and organizational development. She serves as an Executive Management Consultant at Open Technology Incubator and General Partner with Open Technology Ventures, helping organizations navigate complex challenges and pursue meaningful growth. Jessica holds a doctorate in leadership, a master’s degree in educational technology, and a bachelor’s degree in psychology.
